The Introduction of Bitumite Tar Free Coal Gasifier 1.For domestic chemical fertilizer industry,the medium and small scale of the chemical fertilizer factories still amount for large number,the raw material is anthracite coal and other kind of anthracite coal.Because the cost of anthracite coal is rising,the raw material is facing a problem.Our technology “Bitumite tar free coal gasifier” could use bitumite coal to replace the high price of the anthracite coal,our technology could help factory reduce the cost of raw material by 150~200 RMB/Ton. 2.There are two burning layers located at bottom and top of the bitumite tar free coal gasifier respectively,the burning layers also called fire layers,the top fire layer will pyrolyze the volatile matters generated from coal heated through high temperature of the fire layer, by this way,the coal gas will not content pollutant,the bottom fire layer mainly reduced the carbon content in the ash,so that reduce the carbon loss and improve carbon utilization efficiency of the gasification coal.
